  • Do I need a ticket to attend the Expo?

    Attending in person? You don't need a ticket just show up and check-in using the Service NSW app.

  • What time are the concerts?

    Wednesday 21 April

    Morning concert: 11:15am-12:45pm

    Afternoon concert: 2:45pm-4:15pm

    Thursday 22 April

    Morning concert: 11:15am-12:45pm

    Afternoon concert: 2:45pm-4:15pm

  • What are the Expo times?

    Wednesday 21 April

    9am to 5pm

    Thursday 22 April

    9am to 3:30pm

  • Are there any concert tickets left?

    Please speak to staff at the ICC Theatre Box Office to see if there are any tickets available.

    There is also a special event ‘Evening At The Expo’ which will be from 4:30pm to 6pm on Thursday. Paulini will perform, followed by a talk with author and actress, Judy Nunn. Tickets are not required.

  • Where can concert tickets be returned or reprinted?

    Please speak to venue staff at the ICC Theatre Box Office, located on Moriarty Walk.

  • Where is the Information Booth located?

    At the main entrance to Hall 4, next to the green and yellow archway.

  • Where can I get a show bag?

    The NSW Seniors Card stand is located near the back, on the left hand side upon entering the hall.

  • Where are the toilets?

    Accessible toilets are located at the front and back of the Expo hall.

  • Where can I purchase food or water?

    There are two cafes in the Expo hall. One is located to the right of the entrance and the other is located at the back, next to the Live Stage. There are multiple water refill stations located around the hall.

    There’s also plenty of food just outside the venue, or a short walk away towards Harbourside Shopping Centre.

  • Who can I contact for feedback?

    You can email NSWSeniorsFestival@facs.nsw.gov.au or fill in one of the surveys.
    * Please do not provide any mobile phone numbers to attendees.

  • What should I do if I come across a lost, sick or injured person?

    Please offer the person a seat and contact Jacson Patrick, the Volunteer Manager for the Expo. St Johns and NSW Ambulance will be on site to assist with all first aid requirements. In an emergency, please dial 000.

  • Where is the light rail stop?

    The closest light rail stop is Exhibition Centre. Exit the ICC building via the escalators and walk along Moriarty Walk.

    Volunteers along the walkway will be able to direct you further.

  • When is the next light rail?

    The light rail will be running approximately every 10 minutes.
